Review : Bose® AE2i audio headphones for Iphone&Ipad

I bought the headphones from Bose website in a couple of weeks of leave. Bose headphones I had before, but not for a couple of years. The sound quality is excellent, and are lightweight and comfortable for me to use while I work for 9 hours a day. The only problem I had is that with less than a month of use value, the power right where it is that the iPhone is starting to be disconnected. While this could be attributed to a quality problem, most likely my fault. At least ten times, while standing I have started the headphone cable (the one built for off) and this probably put too much strain on the connection. However, once I realized that to happen, I called Bose, and after waiting on hold for less than 2 minutes, and without an annoying series of automated questions, I was talking with a representative who got a new cable sent to me free of charge, before mine posted. I'm used to the horrible customer service that requires me to send the defective product and sit back, waiting for a replacement to arrive. Not with Bose! I'm definitely satisfied with the quality and service, and I will buy Bose products in the future!
